Small Business Website Design and Lead Generation is probably more important now than in any other time in history.
As the millennials grow up, buy houses and find themselves needing repairs, remodels and other small business services, they will be using websites more and more to locate their perfect match.
Understanding how Instagram, Facebook and Twitter are used by these buyers and knowing how to integrate them into your current small business marketing plan are essential to get ahead in today's world.
The small businesses that don't understand this will find themselves hurting financially sooner rather than later, as the economy is recovering and people have money to spend.
I have had the distinct pleasure of watching how valuable social media is with marketing at the local level.
As a matter of a fact, the knowledge I have gained through the Job Killing Coaching Program, has helped me build a website that alone has made over 10k (easily) and continues to make me money today as I write this post.
Here is a photo from my "collections" this past week:
I'm not sure if you are familiar with rental websites or even with the online world as a whole, but I do know that something brought you to this post.
When I first started Job Killing, I had a bit of an idea of what to expect but I never even imagined that the word "Thousands of dollars" would be coming out of my mouth when teaching others about what I do and how I make money renting websites.
Chances are that you are already familiar with the Job Killing Program, but just need a little clarification on the "How".
For those of you that like the short and sweet, you can always read through the lines here: Job Killing Facts.
But for those of you who are on the line, that may need a deeper explanation (or who may just enjoy my blabbering), then this post is for you.
How I made money with my first Job Killing website...
When I first started the Job Killing program, it was a little rough around the edges but came with phenomenal support and coaching (just as it does today).
Little did I know that the very first site that I built would bring in over 10k over the course of a year and another 4 to 5k being sold straight out.
Yes, a little "tiny" business site made by an inexperienced web designer at the time, offered me the opportunity to make money, and to learn about local business marketing. This site, has built my foundation and has allowed me to sell my services time and time again because of the experience I gained through it and I'm forever grateful.
Now you might be wondering why in the world would I ever sell that site? Well, the answer is simple. I can build another one and I can rank it and beat my old one and continue to up my game again and again. I can also build on to the original site and spread out my wings into other areas and continue to sell the sites to my very eager owner.
The real truth behind selling it? I've found that I can make more money by helping other small businesses with their website design and quite frankly, I just don't have time for this small money making site anymore.
Where in the world is 10k a small number?
I know it sounds crazy.
But let me tell you, it's a great problem to have. It's awesome to let something that makes 10k go so you can get something that makes 20k or more.
And yes, that is ALL possible with the skills you learn in Job Killing.
When I consider the money I've been able to make by being a part of this elite group of entrepreneurs, I just can't believe all that money I spent on my college education. My Job Killing skills are paying off more of my educational debt than the education I got from the education.....how's that work?
So...how or what do you do when you join Job Killing?
Step by Step:
1. Create a website using the easy weebly platform
2. Follow lessons that show you how to optimize your online presence. This includes using some SEO tactics and tips, social media, adwords and more.
3. Find a local business owner to help. (For me this was the hardest part but the continual support in the group and daily encouragement helped me push through)
4. Make a deal on a price per lead, monthly payment or % of their sales.
5. Sit back (sort of) and enjoy as you watch your new client FIRE HomeAdvisor and Angie's List and start to refer you to their friends.
Really...it's that simple.
I have spent a lot of money and time investing in the Job Killing Process and it has yet to disappoint me.
This program is NOT for people who do not want to work.
Of course you have to work. You have to learn the process and you have to be able to take that out into the world with enthusiasm and help others with your new skills.
Nothing makes me happier than having a business owner excited for what I do for them and I owe all of that to Job Killing.
Isn't it about time you get your go getting attitude and get it making money for you?
It is, isn't it?
Stop guessing and wondering. Just do it! Schedule a call today and start making huge changes in your life now.
